Processing Time  
All orders are made to order. Please allow 1-3 Business Days for order processing and production before your order ships.

Shipping Time  
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

EU/UK: 3-10 Business Days Via Global Mail

USA: 8-14 Business Days Via Lithuania Post

Oceania: 8-16 Business Days Via Global Mail

Worldwide: 8-14 Business Days Via Global Mail

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Order Tracking  
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CaseHeaven is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
CaseHeaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check your mailbox, parcel locker, or delivery area  
• Ask neighbors or household members  
• Contact your local post office for assistance

We are happy to assist with opening a carrier investigation if necessary, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
